About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who combines deep design expertise with a forward-thinking approach to modern tooling. You will be responsible for crafting exceptional user experiences, from initial concept through high-fidelity delivery, while leveraging AI-powered workflows to move fast without sacrificing quality. If you live in Figma, obsess over design details, and are excited about the future of AI-assisted design, this role is for you.Core Responsibilities<ul><li>Own the end-to-end design process: user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI delivery.</li><li>Design intuitive, pixel-perfect interfaces that meet both user needs and business objectives.</li><li>Apply UX best practices, information architecture, interaction design, accessibility standards, and usability principles across every project.</li><li>Create and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and style guides in Figma.</li><li>Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to translate requirements into polished, production-ready designs.</li><li>Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback and data.</li><li>Communicate design decisions clearly with rationale grounded in UX principles.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>5+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design with a strong, demonstrable portfolio of shipped products.</li><li>Expert-level Figma proficiency, auto layout, components, variants, interactive prototyping, dev mode, and beyond.</li><li>Solid command of UX principles: user-centered design, visual hierarchy, cognitive load, design patterns, and accessibility (WCAG).</li><li>Experience designing across web and mobile platforms with an eye for responsive and adaptive layouts.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, end-to-end design work, from research and wireframes to final UI.</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver to a high standard under timeline pressure.</li><li>Basic front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS) to facilitate smooth handoff and collaboration with engineers.</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Hands-on experience with AI design workflows, using tools like Cursor, v0, Bolt, or similar AI agents to rapidly generate working front-end prototypes.</li><li>Familiarity with Figma MCP (Model Context Protocol) and how to integrate AI tooling into the design pipeline.</li><li>Ability to spin up functional, high-quality front-end prototypes quickly using AI-assisted development pipelines.</li><li>Awareness of the latest AI tools in the design space and a proactive approach to adopting workflows that increase output speed and quality.</li><li>Experience with motion design and micro-interactions (Figma prototyping, Lottie, Framer, or similar).</li></ul>What to Include in Your Application<ul><li>A portfolio link showcasing 3&ndash;5 projects with context on your role, process, and outcomes.</li><li>At least one case study demonstrating your UX process, research, problem framing, design decisions, and results.</li><li>Examples of Figma files, design systems, or prototypes you have built and owned.</li><li>Any examples of AI-assisted design or front-end work are a strong bonus.</li></ul>We don't just want a great designer &mdash; we want someone who pairs design excellence with the speed and leverage that modern AI tools enable.Work Location: In person

About the Role The Technical Coordinator keeps projects aligned and moving. You work across product, design, and engineering, catching gaps early, writing the documentation that prevents repeated questions, managing the boards that keep work visible, and building the automations that eliminate busywork. All written output is published from the CTO's Office, so clarity and accuracy are non-negotiable.Key Responsibilities - Review PRDs before they reach design and flag ambiguities, edge cases, and undefined behavior- Cross-reference Figma designs against requirements and implementations to surface gaps early- Write and maintain technical documentation across all active projects: READMEs, PRDs, API guides, SOPs, and runbooks- Own project boards in Linear or Jira milestones, owners, due dates, blockers, and weekly status summaries- Draft, test, version, and organize prompts for AI assistants, agents, and automation workflows- Identify repetitive tasks and ship automations using n8n, Zapier, Make, or custom scripts- Attend cross-functional syncs and document every decision, action item, owner, and deadline- Support rapid prototyping sessions by scaffolding projects, capturing ideas, and turning rough direction into structured specsRequirements - Strong technical writing ability: you can produce a PRD, a README, and an SOP with equal confidence- Fluency with project management tools, specifically Linear or Jira- Working knowledge of Git and comfort operating in a developer environment- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and LLM-based workflows- Ability to build and maintain automations without engineering support- Detail-oriented enough to catch a missing screen in a Figma file or a scope mismatch in a ticket- Async-first communicator who writes clearly and follows through without being chased- Familiarity with Python, Bash, or JavaScript at a scripting level is a plusWhat You'll Own - A living alignment tracker per project mapping requirements to design to implementation- All technical documentation across active repositories and projects- A versioned, organized prompt library by project and use case- Every active project board groomed, current, and fully accountable- A central automation registry documenting every workflow the team runs on- Weekly status summaries surfacing what shipped, what's blocked, and what needs a decision- An idea backlog with enough context to resurrect any concept weeks after it was first raisedWork Location: In person
