Senior UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who combines deep design expertise with a forward-thinking approach to modern tooling. You will be responsible for crafting exceptional user experiences, from initial concept through high-fidelity delivery, while leveraging AI-powered workflows to move fast without sacrificing quality. Core Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design process: user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI delivery.
• Design intuitive, pixel-perfect interfaces that meet both user needs and business objectives.
• Apply UX best practices, information architecture, interaction design, accessibility standards, and usability principles across every project.
• Create and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and style guides in Figma.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to translate requirements into polished, production-ready designs.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback and data.
• Communicate design decisions clearly with rationale grounded in UX principles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design with a strong, demonstrable portfolio of shipped products.
• Expert-level Figma proficiency, auto layout, components, variants, interactive prototyping, dev mode, and beyond.
• Solid command of UX principles: user-centered design, visual hierarchy, cognitive load, design patterns, and accessibility (WCAG).
• Experience designing across web and mobile platforms with an eye for responsive and adaptive layouts.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality, end-to-end design work, from research and wireframes to final UI.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver to a high standard under timeline pressure.
• Basic front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS) to facilitate smooth handoff and collaboration with engineers.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with AI design workflows, using tools like Cursor, v0, Bolt, or similar AI agents to rapidly generate working front-end prototypes.
• Familiarity with Figma MCP (Model Context Protocol) and how to integrate AI tooling into the design pipeline.
• Ability to spin up functional, high-quality front-end prototypes quickly using AI-assisted development pipelines.
• Awareness of the latest AI tools in the design space and a proactive approach to adopting workflows that increase output speed and quality.
• Experience with motion design and micro-interactions (Figma prototyping, Lottie, Framer, or similar).
