Websouls is looking for a tech-savvy, hands-on Senior Developer who is great at both Frontend + Backend and can lead and mentor a team. If you love building high-performance web applications and guiding juniors, we want you!Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, optimize, and maintain high-performance web applications using React JS, Next JS, Node.js, and related technologies.</li><li>Lead and guide junior developers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and with best practices.</li><li>Work closely with design, product, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.</li><li>Write clean, reusable, and scalable code following industry standards.</li><li>Implement API integrations, server-side logic, and backend functionalities.</li><li>Conduct code reviews and provide technical feedback to team members.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.</li><li>Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full-stack JavaScript development.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Expertise:<ul><li>Strong hands-on experience with React JS and Next JS.</li><li>Solid understanding of frontend fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Tailwind, Redux/Context API).</li><li>Experience with Node.js, Express, REST APIs, and databases (MongoDB/MySQL).</li><li>Experience in SSR, SSG, and modern Next JS features.</li><li>Ability to manage and guide a development team.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.</li><li>Knowledge of Git/GitHub and modern development workflows.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
