Senior Full Stack Developer

Websouls is looking for a tech-savvy, hands-on Senior Developer who is great at both Frontend + Backend and can lead and mentor a team. If you love building high-performance web applications and guiding juniors, we want you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and maintain high-performance web applications using React JS, Next JS, Node.js, and related technologies.
• Lead and guide junior developers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and with best practices.
• Work closely with design, product, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, reusable, and scalable code following industry standards.
• Implement API integrations, server-side logic, and backend functionalities.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full-stack JavaScript development.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong hands-on experience with React JS and Next JS.
• Solid understanding of frontend fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Tailwind, Redux/Context API).
• Experience with Node.js, Express, REST APIs, and databases (MongoDB/MySQL).
• Experience in SSR, SSG, and modern Next JS features.
• Ability to manage and guide a development team.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub and modern development workflows.
