Job Summary:Webtrans Logistics, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Export Operations Coordinator to join our international logistics team. The ideal candidate will manage and coordinate all aspects of ocean and/or air export shipments, ensuring timely and accurate documentation, compliance with international regulations, and excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate full-cycle export shipments, including booking cargo, preparing documentation, and arranging transportation.</li><li>Communicate with carriers, customers, overseas agents, and internal departments to ensure smooth handling of export shipments.</li><li>Prepare and review export documentation (e.g., HBL, MBL, AES filing, commercial invoice, packing list).</li><li>Track and trace shipments and proactively resolve any delays or issues.</li><li>Ensure compliance with U.S. and international export regulations (e.g., EAR, FMC, AES).</li><li>Maintain accurate records in the TMS or freight forwarding software system.</li><li>Provide excellent service to clients and keep them informed of shipment status.</li><li>Assist with billing and invoicing related to export transactions.</li><li>Continuously look for process improvements and cost efficiencies.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in export operations within a freight forwarding company.</li><li>Knowledge of ocean freight documentation and procedures (air freight experience is a plus).</li><li>Familiarity with U.S. export regulations and customs procedures.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with Opus or similar logistics software is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Bilingual (English and Korean) is required.</li><li>Experience handling shipments to/from Asia or other international markets.</li></ul>&#44540;&#47924; &#54805;&#53468;: &#51221;&#44508;&#51649;&#44553;&#50668;: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 &#50672;&#48393;&#44540;&#47924;&#51648; &#50948;&#52824;: &#45824;&#47732;
