Hiring &amp; HR Specialist Position Overview: As a Hiring &amp; HR Specialist at Webvoom Pvt. Ltd., you will play a dual role &mdash; managing the company&rsquo;s recruitment process while also handling key HR operations. This includes talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, and policy compliance. You will help build a strong, motivated, and productive team that supports Webvoom&rsquo;s growth in digital marketing, website design, and IT services.Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment &amp; Talent Acquisition<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments &mdash; from job posting to offer closure.</li><li>Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and referrals.</li><li>Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.</li><li>Coordinate interviews between candidates and department heads.</li><li>Prepare offer letters and coordinate the onboarding process.</li><li>Maintain a database of active and passive candidates for future requirements.</li></ul>2. Onboarding &amp; Induction<ul><li>Conduct joining formalities and employee orientation sessions.</li><li>Ensure smooth onboarding experience and introduction to company culture.</li><li>Maintain employee records, offer letters, and joining documentation.</li></ul>3. Attendance, Leave &amp; Payroll Coordination<ul><li>Monitor attendance and leave records in line with company policy.</li><li>Track late arrivals, absenteeism, and maintain punctuality records.</li><li>Coordinate with accounts for accurate monthly payroll processing.</li><li>Update employee status (probation, confirmation, resignation, etc.).</li></ul>4. Employee Engagement &amp; Relations<ul><li>Organize team-building activities, birthday celebrations, and internal events.</li><li>Maintain positive communication between management and employees.</li><li>Address employee concerns and grievances promptly.</li><li>Promote a professional, inclusive, and motivating work environment.</li></ul>5. HR Policy &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Implement and communicate company policies and procedures.</li><li>Ensure compliance with HR standards, labor laws, and company guidelines.</li><li>Assist management in drafting and updating HR policies.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling employee information.</li></ul>6.
