Hiring & HR Specialist
Position Overview:
As a Hiring & HR Specialist at Webvoom Pvt. Ltd., you will play a dual role — managing the company’s recruitment process while also handling key HR operations. This includes talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, and policy compliance. You will help build a strong, motivated, and productive team that supports Webvoom’s growth in digital marketing, website design, and IT services.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments — from job posting to offer closure.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and referrals.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and department heads.
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate the onboarding process.
- Maintain a database of active and passive candidates for future requirements.
2. Onboarding & Induction
- Conduct joining formalities and employee orientation sessions.
- Ensure smooth onboarding experience and introduction to company culture.
- Maintain employee records, offer letters, and joining documentation.
3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
- Monitor attendance and leave records in line with company policy.
- Track late arrivals, absenteeism, and maintain punctuality records.
- Coordinate with accounts for accurate monthly payroll processing.
- Update employee status (probation, confirmation, resignation, etc.).
4. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Organize team-building activities, birthday celebrations, and internal events.
- Maintain positive communication between management and employees.
- Address employee concerns and grievances promptly.
- Promote a professional, inclusive, and motivating work environment.
5. HR Policy & Compliance
- Implement and communicate company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with HR standards, labor laws, and company guidelines.
- Assist management in drafting and updating HR policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling employee information.
6. Performance & Reporting
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and feedback collection.
- Maintain HR MIS reports – recruitment status, attendance summary, employee records.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance employee experience and retention.
Key Skills & Qualities
- Proven experience in recruitment and HR operations (IT/digital industry preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and labor law basics
- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools and MS Office
- Organizational and multitasking abilities

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
