 The job:
 
 
 
 IT &amp; DevOps Engineer
 
 
 We are looking for an IT &amp; DevOps Engineer who can bridge the gap between internal IT operations and modern cloud-native engineering. In this role, you will contribute to both our company-wide IT environment and our development teams&rsquo; infrastructure &mdash; ensuring our systems are secure, automated, reliable, and scalable.
 
 
 You will work with a Microsoft-first ecosystem (Azure AD, Intune, Azure), support our hardware and network setups, and help build automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments. You&rsquo;ll collaborate across engineering, production, and operations to enable smooth day-to-day operations while shaping our long-term technical landscape.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 To be successful in this role, you should have:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience; or a strong HBO/WO-level of thinking.
 </li>
 <li>
 2&ndash;5+ years of experience across IT engineering, systems administration, DevOps, or a similar technical domain.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies (Azure AD, M365, Intune, Windows endpoints).
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of networking: VLANs, firewalls, routing, VPN, DNS, DHCP.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with at least one scripting language (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps workflows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure).
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes is a plus).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to improving systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills and the ability to work across diverse teams.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Preferred:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with access badge systems or physical security integrations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with monitoring/observability tooling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Security awareness: device compliance, identity security, MFA, conditional access.
 </li>
