The job:

IT & DevOps Engineer

We are looking for an IT & DevOps Engineer who can bridge the gap between internal IT operations and modern cloud-native engineering. In this role, you will contribute to both our company-wide IT environment and our development teams’ infrastructure — ensuring our systems are secure, automated, reliable, and scalable.

You will work with a Microsoft-first ecosystem (Azure AD, Intune, Azure), support our hardware and network setups, and help build automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments. You’ll collaborate across engineering, production, and operations to enable smooth day-to-day operations while shaping our long-term technical landscape.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience; or a strong HBO/WO-level of thinking.
• 2–5+ years of experience across IT engineering, systems administration, DevOps, or a similar technical domain.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies (Azure AD, M365, Intune, Windows endpoints).
• Solid understanding of networking: VLANs, firewalls, routing, VPN, DNS, DHCP.
• Experience with at least one scripting language (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure).
• Understanding of containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes is a plus).
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to improving systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across diverse teams.

Preferred:

• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Experience with access badge systems or physical security integrations.
• Experience with monitoring/observability tooling.
• Security awareness: device compliance, identity security, MFA, conditional access.
