Job Title: Project Coordinator (Civil Engineer)Department: Projects / Construction Location: Nagercoil Experience: 5 Years Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil EngineeringJob Summary:We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Coordinator (Civil Engineer) to manage project coordination, manpower handling, online portal updates, and project documentation. The candidate will be responsible for tracking manpower utilization, project revenue, and ensuring smooth communication between site teams and management.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate and monitor daily project activities at site and office level.</li><li>Handle and supervise site employees, supervisors, and subcontractors.</li><li>Maintain manpower records and answer queries related to:</li><li>Manpower deployment per project</li><li>Productivity and utilization</li><li>Attendance and labor reporting</li><li>Track and report revenue generated from allocated projects and compare with manpower and cost.</li><li>Prepare and submit:</li><li>Daily Progress Reports (DPR)</li><li>Weekly and Monthly Project Reports</li><li>Manage and update all project details on the company&rsquo;s online portal.</li><li>Upload project documents such as:</li><li>Drawings</li><li>BOQs</li><li>Invoices</li><li>Work completion reports</li><li>Compliance documents</li><li>Coordinate between site engineers, vendors, contractors, and management.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation for billing and client approvals.</li><li>Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking as per timelines.</li><li>Assist in audits and management reviews related to project performance.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of civil construction practices.</li><li>Excellent coordination and team-handling skills.</li><li>Good understanding of manpower planning and productivity tracking.</li><li>Ability to analyze project revenue vs. manpower and cost.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and online project portals.</li><li>Strong documentation and reporting skills.</li><li>Good communication and follow-up skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
