Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Review project drawings, specifications, and scope of work.</li><li>Prepare work schedules, material submittal plans, and method statements.</li><li>Coordinate with designers, draftsmen, procurement, and site teams to align project execution with design intent.</li><li>Attend project meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.</li></ul>2. Site Supervision &amp; Execution<ul><li>Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure work is progressing as per approved drawings and specifications.</li><li>Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and timely progress.</li><li>Coordinate with MEP teams, civil contractors, and joinery works for proper integration of works.</li><li>Conduct site inspections and verify measurements for materials and subcontractor billing.</li></ul>3. Technical &amp; Design Coordination<ul><li>Review and verify shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical submissions.</li><li>Identify discrepancies between design drawings and site conditions; propose practical solutions.</li><li>Coordinate with draftsmen and designers for timely revisions or updates.</li></ul>4. Material &amp; Procurement Support<ul><li>Prepare material take-offs (BOQs) and assist in material requisitions.</li><li>Follow up with the procurement team for timely delivery of materials.</li><li>Ensure all materials used are approved and comply with project specifications.</li></ul>5. Quality, Safety, and Compliance<ul><li>Implement and monitor quality assurance and control procedures on site.</li><li>Ensure all works comply with local authority regulations and company standards.</li><li>Enforce HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) guidelines for workers and subcontractors.</li></ul>6. Project Reporting &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.</li><li>Track project timelines, resource utilization, and cost variations.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation for drawings, correspondence, and approvals.</li></ul>7. Handover &amp; Close-Out<ul><li>Conduct final inspections with clients and consultants.</li><li>Prepare and submit as-built drawings, O&amp;M manuals, and snag lists.</li><li>Ensure all snags are closed prior to final handover.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Tools Required<ul><li>Strong knowledge of fit-out construction processes (joinery, partitions, ceilings, finishes, MEP coordination).</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera, and MS Office.</li><li>Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Familiarity with project management procedures and quality/safety standards.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Office Admin

1. Preparing Technical Drawings<ul><li>Produce detailed shop drawings, joinery details, reflected ceiling plans (RCPs), partition layouts, and furniture details.</li><li>Prepare as-built drawings after project completion.</li><li>Convert concept designs or sketches into precise AutoCAD or Revit drawings.</li></ul>2. Coordination with Project Team<ul><li>Coordinate with interior designers, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure drawings match actual site conditions.</li><li>Review and incorporate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination drawings where applicable.</li><li>Attend coordination meetings to understand project requirements and design intent.</li></ul>3. Site Verification<ul><li>Conduct site measurements and verify dimensions before preparing final drawings.</li><li>Update drawings according to site changes or client revisions.</li></ul>4. Material &amp; Joinery Details<ul><li>Prepare detailed joinery drawings for custom furniture, cabinets, doors, and fixtures.</li><li>Ensure all materials and finishes are clearly indicated in the drawings.</li><li>Work closely with the workshop team to ensure manufacturability and accuracy.</li></ul>5. Compliance &amp; Standards<ul><li>Ensure drawings comply with company standards, local codes, and client specifications.</li><li>Maintain drawing documentation and version control.</li></ul>6.
