Job Summary

The Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the office. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating between departments, maintaining office supplies, and supporting management to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases both physically and digitally.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory; place orders when necessary.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and landlords to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and office safety regulations.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in office administration, secretarial work, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,615.66 - ₹25,000.00 per month
