 About The Role
 
 
 
 We're looking for a skilled and creative Social Media Content Creator to own the content calendar and produce high-quality, platform-native content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Snapchat for our KSA and Egypt markets.
 
 
 This is a content execution role. The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller with video creation capability, deep familiarity with Arabic-language audiences, and a track record of producing content that performs.

 Content Calendar Ownership
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and manage the monthly and weekly content calendar across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat) for KSA and Egypt
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with the growth and partnership teams to align content with campaigns, merchant promotions, and seasonal moments
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure a consistent publishing cadence and platform-appropriate scheduling
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and produce high-quality content &mdash; short-form video, static posts, carousels, Stories, and Reels &mdash; tailored to each platform's format and audience behaviour
 </li>
 <li>
 Write compelling Arabic and English copy that is culturally appropriate and resonant for KSA and Egyptian audiences
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow ShopCash brand guidelines for tone, visual identity, and creative direction
 </li>
 <li>
 Use AI tools to accelerate ideation and production efficiency
 </li>
 <li>
 Adapt content format, tone, and length to each platform: short-form video for TikTok and Snapchat, visual storytelling for Instagram, professional and value-led for LinkedIn, community-oriented for Facebook
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay current on platform algorithm changes, trending content formats, and audience behaviour &mdash; particularly in KSA
 </li>
 <li>
 Brief or direct the design team where required for supporting visual assets
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and flag organic content suitable for boosting in coordination with the marketing manager
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure boosted post creatives are adapted appropriately for the promoted format
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor content performance metrics (reach, engagement rate, follower growth, video views) on a weekly basis
 </li>
 <li>
 Report on content performance and recommend adjustments to the calendar or format mix based on data

 Experience
 
 
 
 
 Required Skills &amp; Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5 years of experience in social media content creation for a consumer brand, app, or e-commerce product
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience owning a content calendar across multiple platforms and markets
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in a cashback, fintech, e-commerce, or rewards brand is an advantage
 </li>
 <li>
 Preference will be given to candidates with experience working across KSA, UAE, and Egypt markets
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Content &amp; Creative Skills
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong video creation skills: scripting, shooting, and editing short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Snapchat)
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid copywriting ability in Arabic (native or fluent) and English
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in content creation and editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, Adobe Photoshop)
 </li>
 <li>
 Mandatory experience using AI tools for content ideation, caption writing, or creative production
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Market &amp; Platform Knowledge
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of the KSA social media landscape: platform preferences, trending formats, cultural sensitivities, and audience behaviour
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with Egypt's digital content environment and how it differs from KSA
 </li>
 <li>
 Platform-specific expertise across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, and LinkedIn
 
 
 </li>
