 We are looking for passionate and driven Front Office Agent who are eager to ensure top notch service to customers in our Cairo office. If you have worked in a similar role for more than a year and you are interested in working in the travel industry this could be the perfect role for you!
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Dealing directly with customers either through phone, live chat or email.
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Educating clients, explaining procedures, answering questions and providing knowledgeable answers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Determines availability and comparing prices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establishing policies by accessing and verifying client information.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains contact center environment and database.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up on clients where necessary.
 </li>
 <li>
 Following communication &ldquo;scripts&rdquo; when handling different topics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identifying clients&rsquo; needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle travel requests efficiently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Increase the customer satisfaction and enhance the customer experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle and resolve customer complaints.
 </li>
 <li>
 Meeting required targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Any other duties related to the job

 Requirements:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Fluency in English at a B2 level.
 </li>
 <li>
 No previous work experience welcomed!
 </li>
 <li>
 Awareness and experience in the travel industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Only graduates will be considered for the position.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills are a must-have for this role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Military service completion or exemption is necessary.
 </li>
 <li>
 The candidate should be flexible with rotational shifts and days off.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be flexible with night and overnight shifts.
 </li>
 <li>
 The job requires working in an onsite setting.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 You also have:
 
 
 
 UG : Any Graduate in Any Specialization; IATA certification would be an added advantage
