Key ResponsibilitiesTranslation &amp; Interpretation<ul><li>Provide verbal and written translation between patients and healthcare providers (e.g., consultations, admission procedures, consent forms, discharge instructions).</li><li>Translate medical documents, reports, patient records, informational materials, and correspondence while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.</li><li>Assist international patients in understanding treatment plans, medical terminology, and hospital protocols.</li></ul>Patient Support &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Welcome and assist international patients upon arrival, guiding them through registration, appointments, and hospital services.</li><li>Coordinate with doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and other departments to ensure effective patient care and communication.</li><li>Support international desk operations, including scheduling appointments, updating patient files, and arranging follow-up services.</li></ul>Cultural &amp; Linguistic Mediation<ul><li>Provide culturally appropriate communication and clarify cultural nuances to enhance mutual understanding.</li><li>Assist in resolving communication barriers and ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.</li><li>Administrative Duties</li><li>Maintain translation records, ensure timely task completion, and follow organizational procedures.</li><li>Support international programs, meetings, and events as required.</li><li>Handle sensitive information in compliance with healthcare confidentiality regulations.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Translation, Linguistics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>Proven experience as a translator/interpreter, preferably in a healthcare or clinical environment.</li><li>Excellent command of [Primary Language] and [Target Language(s)]&mdash;written and spoken.</li><li>Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare communication standards.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and ability to work with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail under pressure.</li><li>Good organizational and multitasking abilities.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
