We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Post Contract Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage all post-contract quantity surveying activities for ceiling, drywall partition, gypsum, and interior fit-out projects.</li><li>Prepare and submit monthly valuations, interim payment applications, and final accounts.</li><li>Evaluate subcontractor payment applications and prepare payment certificates.</li><li>Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on Variation Orders (VOs), claims, and cost adjustments.</li><li>Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow throughout project execution.</li><li>Review contracts, work orders, and project specifications.</li><li>Conduct quantity take-offs and verify executed quantities on site.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.</li><li>Maintain records of project correspondence, measurements, and commercial documentation.</li><li>Support procurement and material cost control activities.</li><li>Assist in dispute resolution and commercial negotiations when required.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 1 years of UAE experience in post-contract quantity surveying.</li><li>Experience in ceiling, drywall partition, gypsum works, acoustic systems, and interior fit-out projects is mandatory.</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE construction contracts and commercial procedures.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, PlanSwift, or similar quantity take-off software.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience working with main contractors, consultants, and government projects.</li><li>Proper Documentation</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience.</li><li>Annual leave and air ticket as per UAE Labour Law.</li><li>Career growth opportunities within the company.</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates may send their CV to hr@wellmarkinterior.com / whatsapp 0565567474 with the subject:&quot;Application &ndash; Post Contract Quantity Surveyor&quot;Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED3,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
