About Us

Well Mark Interior Design LLC is a leading specialist contractor in the UAE, providing high-quality ceiling, drywall partition, gypsum, acoustic, and interior finishing solutions for commercial, residential, hospitality, and infrastructure projects. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Post Contract Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all post-contract quantity surveying activities for ceiling, drywall partition, gypsum, and interior fit-out projects.
• Prepare and submit monthly valuations, interim payment applications, and final accounts.
• Evaluate subcontractor payment applications and prepare payment certificates.
• Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on Variation Orders (VOs), claims, and cost adjustments.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow throughout project execution.
• Review contracts, work orders, and project specifications.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and verify executed quantities on site.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Maintain records of project correspondence, measurements, and commercial documentation.
• Support procurement and material cost control activities.
• Assist in dispute resolution and commercial negotiations when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 years of UAE experience in post-contract quantity surveying.
• Experience in ceiling, drywall partition, gypsum works, acoustic systems, and interior fit-out projects is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction contracts and commercial procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, PlanSwift, or similar quantity take-off software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with main contractors, consultants, and government projects.
• Proper Documentation
