Key Responsibilities:Patient Care &amp; Assistance:<ul><li>Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.</li><li>Help with patient mobility, including shifting and positioning bedridden patients.</li><li>Support nurses and doctors in routine medical procedures.</li><li>Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the nursing staff.</li></ul>Hygiene &amp; Sanitation:<ul><li>Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of patient rooms, beds, and common areas.</li><li>Ensure proper waste disposal as per hospital infection control guidelines.</li><li>Assist in maintaining stock of consumables such as gloves, masks, and linens.</li></ul>Medical Support &amp; Documentation:<ul><li>Assist in recording vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.</li><li>Help in preparing patients for diagnostic tests and treatments.</li><li>Maintain basic documentation of patient care activities.</li></ul>Emergency Support:<ul><li>Provide basic first aid and CPR in emergencies.</li><li>Assist in patient transportation within the facility.</li><li>Support in managing critical care situations under supervision.</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Communication:<ul><li>Communicate effectively with patients and their families.</li><li>Work collaboratively with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.</li><li>Ensure smooth patient flow and efficient service delivery.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Education: ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) certification from a recognized institute.</li><li>Experience: 2 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;11,275.03 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Patient care: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
