HR Assistant Manager

Minimum 3 years of HR experience in healthcare or realated Field

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant with a minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare industry to support the day-to-day operations of our HR department. The ideal candidate should be efficient in handling HR documentation, employee coordination, recruitment support, and maintaining employee records while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files
  • Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities
  • Prepare HR documents: offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, experience certificates
  • Handle payroll coordination by collecting attendance, leave data, and employee details
  • Manage employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Monitor attendance and leave, update HRMS/software regularly
  • Organize training sessions, meetings, and engagement activities
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
  • Provide overall HR and administrative support to the organization

Requirements

Master's degree in HR / Business Administration (preferred).

Minimum 3 years of HR experience in healthcare

Good knowledge of HR procedures, documentation, and statutory compliance.

Proficiency in HRMS/HR software.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

We are looking for an experienced HR professional who can independently handle people, systems, and compliance in a fast-growing healthcare organization.

Role Overview

You will manage recruitment, employee lifecycle, HR systems, payroll support, compliance, and day-to-day people management for a large multi-department workplace.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in HR operations
  • Experience managing 50–100+ employees
  • Knowledge of PF, ESI, labor laws, and compliance
  • Experience with HRMS / payroll software
  • Strong communication and people-handling skills
  • Responsible, ownership-minded, and disciplined

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
