Position OverviewWe are looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Showroom Administrator / Design Assistant to join our team Monday through Friday.This role combines showroom administration, customer service, and design support. The ideal candidate has a design background, is comfortable working with customers on material selections, and can support remodeling projects using 2020 Design software, SketchUp, or CAD tools.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Answer and manage incoming phone calls</li><li>Schedule appointments, consultations, and meetings</li><li>Assist with ordering materials and products</li><li>Track orders and follow up on delivery status</li><li>Help maintain and update job schedules</li><li>Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and by email</li><li>Assist customers with material selections (cabinets, countertops, tile, fixtures, finishes, etc.)</li><li>Support design projects by creating layouts using SketchUp, CAD software, or 2020 Design tools</li><li>Assist customers with design ideas and remodeling selections based on their needs and budget</li><li>Collaborate with clients to understand their remodeling goals, preferences, and budgets to help provide tailored solutions</li><li>Maintain showroom organization through merchandising, stocking, cleaning, and ensuring displays are attractive and functional</li><li>Support marketing efforts by promoting new products/services through social media and/or in-store promotions</li><li>Support the design team with updates, revisions, and customer follow-up as needed</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in showroom administration, office coordination, or customer-facing showroom sales</li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li><li>Design background required (kitchen/bath/interior design preferred)</li><li>2020 Design software experience required</li><li>Ability to assist customers with design concepts and material selections</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude</li><li>Basic math skills for measurements, pricing calculations, and general retail math accuracy</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in retail sales, high-end sales, or inside sales within the renovation, remodeling, or construction industry</li><li>Proficiency in layout/design software such as SketchUp or CAD (in addition to 2020 Design)</li><li>Knowledge of remodeling processes, construction practices, interior design principles, and maintenance considerations</li><li>Multilingual abilities (highly desirable to support diverse client needs)</li><li>Kitchen &amp; bath showroom experience is a strong plus</li></ul>Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Partner benefits</li></ul>Work Location: In person
