Job Summary Weller Group @ Keller Williams Realty, one of North Orange County's top real estate teams, is seeking an Operations &amp; Event Assistant to support team business and team activities through the Spring &amp; Summer of 2026. This is an hourly position that will provide administrative and operational support to our licensed real estate agents/Realtors.The daily, weekly and monthly activities of the Operations &amp; Event Assistant will include:<ul><li>Database Management &amp; Entry including the following databases and CRM&rsquo;s</li><li>KW Command (CRM)</li><li>Send Out Cards (Offline Mail Marketing Program)</li><li>Prepare, Update, and Maintain Pipeline Reports</li><li>Managing Real Estate &ldquo;Farms&rdquo;</li><li>Managing Google Sheet</li><li>Coordinate the Preparation, Production, and Distribution of Print &amp; Electronic Marketing</li><li>Open House Operations</li><li>Assist Licensed Agents/Realtors in Preparation for Open Houses</li><li>Coordinate Open House Sign Displays</li><li>Open House Supplies</li><li>Event Operations</li><li>Manage Event Preparation Timelines and Checklists</li><li>Pre-Event Marketing</li><li>Handle Event Registrations &amp; RSVP&rsquo;s</li><li>Coordinate Events with Partners &amp; Sponsors</li><li>Prepare Materials for Events</li><li>Prepare Event Supplies</li><li>Client Appointment Preparation</li><li>Assist Licensed/Agents/Realtors in Preparation for Buyer &amp; Listing Appointments</li><li>Coordinate and Prepare Estimated Net Proceeds Sheets</li><li>Prepare Listing Books</li><li>Coordinate Client Closing Gifts &amp; Other Database &ldquo;Touch-Points&rdquo;</li></ul>This position is part-time hourly, approximately 25-32 hours per week through the Spring &amp; Summer of 2026 with the potential to evolve into a longer term opportunity. This is an in-office position (not remote or hybrid). Functions will be performed in the office and offsite at specific event locations. A real estate license is not necessary or required, but a candidate may be asked to obtain their real estate license after demonstrating success for a period of time on the job.Weller Group is one of North Orange County&rsquo;s top real estate teams, and is growing.
