Job Title: Site Supervisor &ndash; Civil WorksJob Summary: The Site Supervisor (Civil Works) is responsible for supervising construction activities on site to ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise daily civil construction activities (concrete works, masonry, finishing, excavation, formwork,painting ,gypson work s etc.)</li><li>Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project specifications</li><li>Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and workers on site</li><li>Monitor material usage and ensure proper storage and handling</li><li>Check quality of work and report any defects or issues to the site engineer or project manager</li><li>Ensure safety rules and regulations are followed on site</li><li>Maintain daily site reports and progress records</li><li>Assist in planning site activities and manpower allocation</li><li>Inspect tools, equipment, and materials for proper use and compliance</li><li>Resolve site problems and support the engineering team in project execution</li></ul>Requirements / Qualifications:<ul><li>Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)</li><li>5&ndash;10 years experience in civil construction or supervision</li><li>Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and specifications</li><li>Ability to manage workers and subcontractors</li><li>Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD is advantages)</li><li>Strong communication and teamwork skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
