Site Supervisor (Civil)

Job Title: Site Supervisor – Civil Works

Job Summary:
The Site Supervisor (Civil Works) is responsible for supervising construction activities on site to ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily civil construction activities (concrete works, masonry, finishing, excavation, formwork,painting ,gypson work s etc.)
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project specifications
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and workers on site
• Monitor material usage and ensure proper storage and handling
• Check quality of work and report any defects or issues to the site engineer or project manager
• Ensure safety rules and regulations are followed on site
• Maintain daily site reports and progress records
• Assist in planning site activities and manpower allocation
• Inspect tools, equipment, and materials for proper use and compliance
• Resolve site problems and support the engineering team in project execution

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
• 5–10 years experience in civil construction or supervision
• Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and specifications
• Ability to manage workers and subcontractors
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD is advantages)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
