Civil Engineer Maintenance Supervisor

About Us: BG Technical Services is a UAE-based technical services company specializing in building maintenance, civil renovation works, tiling, AC, painting, and electrical services. We are expanding our operations and looking for an experienced and motivated Project / Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations for multiple projects-Coordinate and monitor civil, maintenance, renovation, MEP, tiling, painting, and AC works.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards-Manage site manpower, materials, and subcontractors
• Conduct site inspections and ensure health & safety compliance
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and submit to management
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Handle snag lists, handover processes, and maintenance follow-ups

Mandatory Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction and maintenance practices
• Licensed Civil Engineer
• Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in building maintenance or civil renovation projects
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to handle multiple sites and work under pressure

• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, reporting)
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
