Civil Site Engineer

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in high-rise building projects.
• Candidate must currently be based in the UAE. Applications from outside the UAE will not be considered.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local regulations.
• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all on-site civil works in accordance with project specifications and approved drawings.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently to achieve project targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare daily progress reports.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, providing practical engineering solutions on-site.
• Verify and approve the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and maintaining accurate project documentation.
