Civil Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join our consultancy team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have experience in structural design, assessment of existing buildings, and hands-on expertise in inspection. The candidate should be detail-oriented and capable of handling discrepancy projects and structural evaluations independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspection and assessments for existing buildings.
• Carry out and supervise required structural tests for building assessment.
• Prepare and review structural reports and technical documentation.
• Provide recommendations and prepare method statements for discrepancy or rectification projects.
• Understand structural drawings (as-built drawings and revised structural recommendations)
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in structural engineering within the UAE.
• UAE driving Licensed
