Civil Site Engineer

Five Star Aluminium & Glass Works is seeking a Civil Site Engineer to oversee on-site construction activities, particularly related to aluminium, metal casting, and construction works. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating site operations, supervising installation works, ensuring quality standards, and managing project timelines. The ideal candidate should have relevant site experience and possess a valid UAE driving license to travel between project locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site operations for aluminium, glass, and related construction works.
• Communicate in English or Arabic with consulting engineers and project managers, be able to understand client expectations and manage workforce accordingly.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and technicians to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure proper installation of aluminium structures, glass panels, metal components, and related systems.
• Monitor project schedules, materials, and manpower to meet deadlines.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work complies with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Resolve technical issues on-site and coordinate with design teams if modifications are required.
• Ensure adherence to UAE safety regulations and construction standards.
• Manage material deliveries and ensure proper usage of construction resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• 2–5 years of experience in civil site engineering or construction supervision.
• Experience in aluminium fabrication, metal casting, curtain wall systems, or construction projects is preferred.
• Fluent english is a must. Arabic is optional but an asset to consider.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, site coordination, and project execution.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with aluminium and glass façade systems.
• Management experience to manage labour.
• Arabic is an asset to speak and understand, but just English is also considered.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or construction drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and site management skills.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,200.00 per month
