Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Production Manager specializing in Landscaping to lead our outdoor projects with passion and precision. If you thrive in a dynamic environment where your expertise in landscape maintenance, lawn care, horticulture, and construction can shine, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise daily landscaping operations, including landscape maintenance, gardening, tree care, irrigation systems, and lawn care to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.</li><li>Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and team members to plan project timelines, resource allocation, and material procurement.</li><li>Lead and motivate a team of landscapers, gardeners, and technicians by providing clear direction, training, and support to foster a collaborative work environment.</li><li>Ensure all projects adhere to safety regulations and company policies by conducting regular site inspections and safety briefings.</li><li>Oversee the maintenance of equipment and tools necessary for landscaping tasks to maximize efficiency and longevity.</li><li>Manage project documentation such as work orders, progress reports, and quality assurance checklists.</li><li>Continuously evaluate project outcomes to identify areas for improvement in processes or techniques.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven supervising experience in landscaping or related outdoor maintenance fields.</li><li>Strong background in landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, horticulture, construction, irrigation systems, and tree care.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.</li><li>Knowledge of landscaping best practices combined with hands-on experience in equipment operation and maintenance.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients and team members seamlessly.
