Responsibilities

• Supervise daily landscaping operations, including landscape maintenance, gardening, tree care, irrigation systems, and lawn care to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and team members to plan project timelines, resource allocation, and material procurement.
• Lead and motivate a team of landscapers, gardeners, and technicians by providing clear direction, training, and support to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure all projects adhere to safety regulations and company policies by conducting regular site inspections and safety briefings.
• Oversee the maintenance of equipment and tools necessary for landscaping tasks to maximize efficiency and longevity.
• Manage project documentation such as work orders, progress reports, and quality assurance checklists.
• Continuously evaluate project outcomes to identify areas for improvement in processes or techniques.

Experience

• Proven supervising experience in landscaping or related outdoor maintenance fields.
• Strong background in landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, horticulture, construction, irrigation systems, and tree care.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
• Knowledge of landscaping best practices combined with hands-on experience in equipment operation and maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients and team members seamlessly. Spanish and English a plus.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
