You will gain firsthand insight into how to blend authentic, high-level clinical practice with a modern, multi-stream holistic business model.The RoleThis is a paid, hybrid apprenticeship based in San Diego, CA, with flexibility for remote work. It is specifically designed for a current Acupuncture/TCM student or recent graduate seeking real-world, paid training in both the clinical side of patient care and the business side of running a successful holistic brand.Core Responsibilities &amp; Training Areas<ul><li>Clinical Observation &amp; Patient Care: Assisting with acupuncture treatments, understanding patient flow, managing scheduling, and learning how to formulate treatment plans under direct supervision.</li><li>Holistic E-Commerce &amp; Retail: Hands-on training in managing online sales channels (Amazon &amp; Etsy) and assisting with the physical product creation process (candle production).</li><li>Digital Marketing &amp; Outreach: Learning how to design online social media marketing campaigns, email outreach strategies, and patient acquisition funnels.</li><li>Practice Operations: Training in inventory control, setting up retail displays, basic bookkeeping, and networking at local small business association events.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Must be a currently enrolled student in an accredited Acupuncture/Traditional Chinese Medicine program (e.g., PCHS/PCOM or similar) OR hold a valid California Acupuncturist license/certification.</li><li>Superb communication, interpersonal skills, and a compassionate, patient-focused mindset.</li><li>An entrepreneurial spirit with a strong desire to learn how to run a private practice.</li><li>Adaptability and willingness to work outside normal business hours/weekends if necessary.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Perks<ul><li>Pay Range: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour (Part-Time)</li><li>Mentorship: Ongoing career counseling and business coaching directly from the Founder.</li><li>Workspace: Access to a downtown San Diego coworking office and professional video recording studio.</li><li>Extras: Paid attendance to relevant conferences/events and free tech swag.</li><li>Academic Credit: If you are a current student, we are happy to work directly with your school&rsquo;s clinical director to complete any necessary &quot;Learning Agreements&quot; so your paid hours can also be applied toward your graduation requirements (such as Practice Management or Independent Study).</li></ul>Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you currently enrolled in an accredited Acupuncture or Traditional Chinese Medicine program?</li><li>Are you eligible and intending to apply this internship toward academic credit?</li><li>Are you located in or able to reliably commute to San Diego, CA for the on-site portions of this training?</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in San Diego, CA 92101
