Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of various ages. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young lives while developing your skills in early childhood education and caregiving.Duties<ul><li>Supervise children during play, meals, naps, and educational activities to ensure safety at all times</li><li>Implement age-appropriate activities that promote development in areas such as motor skills, language, and social interaction</li><li>Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in accordance with health and safety regulations</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns</li><li>Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to emergencies using proper procedures</li><li>Assist with daily routines including diapering, feeding, potty training, and bedtime routines</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles</li><li>Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education techniques</li><li>Ability to manage behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and behavior management strategies</li><li>Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure safety during emergencies</li><li>Experience working with infants, toddlers, and children with disabilities or special needs</li><li>Excellent communication skills to collaborate with parents, colleagues, and children effectively</li><li>Classroom experience or daycare background demonstrating familiarity with early learning environments</li></ul>Join our team as a Childcare Provider if you&rsquo;re eager to nurture young minds, support families, and grow your expertise in childhood education.
