Job DescriptionJob Title: MaintenanceDepartment: Facilities/MaintenanceReports To: Facilities Manager/ Maintenance ManagerEmployment Type: Full-TimeLocation: Lynnwood, WA Job Type: 6:30am-3:00PM Salary: $26 &ndash; $34 per hour to start, DOEESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES&middot; Perform routine and preventative maintenance on buildings, equipment, and grounds.&middot; Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical systems, such as HVAC, electrical fixtures and switches.&middot; Conduct minor plumbing repairs, including unclogging drains and fixing leaks.&middot; Perform carpentry tasks, such as repairing doors, windows and painting.&middot; Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner.&middot; Assist with the setup and cleanup for company events.&middot; Operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools safely.&middot; Manage inventory of tools and maintenance supplies.&middot; Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.&middot; Documenting maintenance activities and coordinating with external contractors&middot; Proactive maintenance inspectionsQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS&middot; High school diploma or GED equivalent.&middot; Years of proven experience in a maintenance or related role.&middot; Solid knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.&middot; Attention to detail&middot; Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.&middot; Manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform the demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs.&middot; Standing, Climbing, Bending&middot; Effective communication and interpersonal skills.&middot; A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.&middot; Relevant trade certification (e.g., HVAC) is a plus.&middot; Being mindful of the 3P&rsquo;s of Maintenance &ndash; Prevention, Prediction, and ProactivityIf you are interested in working for a company that you can grow with where the employee is valued we encourage you to apply!
