Reports To: Facilities Manager/ Maintenance Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Lynnwood, WA Job Type: 6:30am-3:00PM Salary: $26 – $34 per hour to start, DOE

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Perform routine and preventative maintenance on buildings, equipment, and grounds.

· Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical systems, such as HVAC, electrical fixtures and switches.

· Conduct minor plumbing repairs, including unclogging drains and fixing leaks.

· Perform carpentry tasks, such as repairing doors, windows and painting.

· Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner.

· Assist with the setup and cleanup for company events.

· Operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools safely.

· Manage inventory of tools and maintenance supplies.

· Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.

· Documenting maintenance activities and coordinating with external contractors

· Proactive maintenance inspections

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

· High school diploma or GED equivalent.

· Years of proven experience in a maintenance or related role.

· Solid knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.

· Attention to detail

· Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.

· Manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform the demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

· Standing, Climbing, Bending

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

· A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

· Relevant trade certification (e.g., HVAC) is a plus.

· Being mindful of the 3P’s of Maintenance – Prevention, Prediction, and Proactivity

Pay: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour
