We are committed to high-quality coaching, a positive environment, and exceptional customer experience for our families.Position OverviewWe are hiring a Front Desk Administrator who will play a key role in the daily operations of our facility.This is not a passive front desk role. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and takes ownership of their responsibilities. For the right person, there is a clear opportunity to grow into a larger operations or management role over time.Schedule (In-Person Required)<ul><li>Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 3:30pm&ndash;7:30pm</li><li>Wednesday: 2:30pm&ndash;7:30pm</li><li>Saturdays:</li><li>1st &amp; 3rd: 8:30am&ndash;1:00pm</li><li>2nd, 4th &amp; 5th: 8:30am&ndash;11:30am</li></ul>Total Weekly Hours: ~20&ndash;21.5 hoursReliability &amp; Attendance ExpectationsThis role requires consistent, dependable attendance during all scheduled shifts.Because this position supports daily operations and customer experience, it is not a flexible or frequently changing schedule. We are looking for someone who plans to be present, reliable, and committed to their scheduled hours.Key ResponsibilitiesOpening, Closing &amp; Facility Readiness<ul><li>Open the facility and ensure it is fully ready for daily operations</li><li>Tidy and maintain key areas of the gym, including:</li><li>Front desk and lobby</li><li>Windows (cleaned regularly as needed)</li><li>Tiny Tumblers room</li><li>Bathrooms (light upkeep as needed between professional cleanings)</li><li>Ensure the facility presents a clean, professional, and welcoming environment each day</li><li>Occasionally close the facility when team staff are not present</li><li>Take responsibility for daily operations when leadership is off-site (e.g., at competitions)</li></ul>Front Desk &amp; Customer Experience<ul><li>Greet families with a friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude</li><li>Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions</li><li>Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for parents and athletes</li><li>Answer phone calls and emails promptly, clearly, and professionally</li><li>Assist with registrations, payments, and scheduling using iClassPro (training provided)</li></ul>Sales &amp; Enrollment Support<ul><li>Help guide prospective families through class options</li><li>Answer questions and confidently recommend appropriate programs</li><li>Assist with enrollment and event registrations</li><li>Support efforts to keep classes full and families engaged</li></ul>Administrative &amp; Organizational Support<ul><li>Write and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner</li><li>Stay organized with daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities</li><li>Work closely with the Program Director to help manage and stay on top of the gym calendar</li><li>Assist with scheduling, event coordination, and internal organization</li><li>Use (or learn to use) Canva for basic design needs such as flyers and announcements</li></ul>Operations Support<ul><li>Help ensure the gym runs smoothly and stays on schedule</li><li>Communicate effectively with staff, coaches, and families</li><li>Identify issues and take initiative to solve problems</li></ul>Coaching Support (Required)<ul><li>Learn to teach basic gymnastics classes</li><li>Be available to substitute coach when needed due to staff absences or emergencies</li><li>Support the coaching team when necessary</li></ul>(Training will be provided, but willingness to learn and step into this role is required.)Growth Opportunity (For the Right Candidate)This role has the potential to grow into a leadership position involving:<ul><li>Staff coordination and scheduling</li><li>Parent communication and issue resolution</li><li>Systems and process improvement</li><li>Assisting with hiring, training, and team development</li></ul>Growth is based on performance, reliability, and ability to take ownership.What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Excellent customer service skills (friendly, professional, and personable)</li><li>Strong organization and attention to detail</li><li>Reliable and consistent with attendance</li><li>Strong written communication (professional email writing is required)</li><li>Comfortable using computers and learning new systems (iClassPro training provided)</li><li>Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Willingness to take initiative and handle responsibility</li></ul>Bonus (not required):<ul><li>Experience in gymnastics, sports, or working with children</li><li>Coaching experience</li><li>Leadership or management experience</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Growth<ul><li>Starting hourly rate: $21&ndash;22/hr (training period)</li><li>Growth to: $23&ndash;25/hr based on performance and independence</li><li>Additional growth opportunities available with expanded responsibilities</li></ul>Perks &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Discounted recreational classes for employees&rsquo; children</li><li>Opportunity to coach and earn additional income (beyond required subbing)</li><li>Supportive team environment</li><li>Opportunity for long-term growth within the organization</li></ul>Why This Role is DifferentThis is not just a front desk position.
