This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of medical documentation innovation while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.Responsibilities<ul><li>Transcribe detailed clinical notes during patient visits, capturing symptoms, diagnoses, treatment plans, and provider instructions with accuracy and efficiency</li><li>Assist healthcare providers by managing electronic health record (EHR) and electronic medical record (EMR) systems to input and organize patient data seamlessly</li><li>Ensure all medical documentation complies with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards for confidentiality and accuracy</li><li>Support providers by updating patient histories, medication lists, lab results, and imaging reports in real-time during appointments</li><li>Review and verify medical records for completeness and correctness after each encounter to maintain high-quality documentation standards</li><li>Maintain a thorough understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to accurately interpret provider dictations and notes</li><li>Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve documentation workflows and optimize the use of EMR/EHR systems for better patient outcomes</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in medical office settings or as a transcriptionist with familiarity in medical documentation practices</li><li>Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology.</li><li>Proficiency with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems for efficient data entry and management</li><li>Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed to keep pace with live dictations during patient visits</li><li>Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining excellent communication with healthcare providers</li><li>Knowledge of medical records management regulations and confidentiality standards</li></ul>This role is paid and designed for motivated individuals eager to contribute their skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
