Position: Purchasing Specialist

 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM (Full-Time)

Purpose of Position: 
The Purchasing Specialist I will submit order information to various vendors to ensure product requirements meet customer requests as stated in each customer contract.
 
Key Role Accountabilities: 
<ul>
<li>Receive customer product requirements from Design Consultants, Project Specialists, and Bath Review Specialists and review for accuracy and completeness.</li>
<li>Submit order information to various vendors to ensure correct products are procured.</li>
<li>Knowledge of all shower and bath products and processes.</li>
<li>Process shower and bath jobs, services, change orders, and all shower and bath ancillary actions efficiently to maintain a minimum accuracy percentage and revenue target as set by Regional Purchasing Manager within three weeks of hire date.</li>
<li>Receive order acknowledgements provided by various shower and bath vendors and review for correctness.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. The company does not and will not sponsor employment visas</li>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent required.</li>
<li>Highly detail-oriented person with superior organization skills.</li>
<li>Self-starter who is comfortable working independently on assigned daily tasks.</li>
<li>Ability to work at a steady pace while performing repetitive work.</li>
<li>Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log in to Company required systems using two-factor authentication.</li>

Compensation: 
<ul>
<li>The approximate hourly pay for this position is $18.75 per hour.. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.</li>

Purpose of Position: 
As a Senior Corporate Recruiter at West Shore Home, you will support the growth and operations of West Shore Home’s corporate departments through a series of tasks including but not limited to sourcing, evaluation, phone screening of internal and external candidates, and facilitating hiring decisions for all assigned positions, including mid-level leadership roles in those departments.
 
Key Role Accountabilities: 
<ul>
<li>Develop recruiting strategies to fill corporate requisitions in stratums I, II, and III, specializing in those designated as ‘General Corporate’ by Talent Acquisition leadership.</li>
<li>Utilize job boards to engage with passive and active job seekers, sending in-mails, outreach messages and sourcing qualified candidates.</li>
<li>Responsible for managing the entire candidate life cycle from sourcing to screening to scheduling to offer, thoroughly and appropriately documenting all data related to the recruiting process in the Applicant Tracking System.</li>
<li>Support the Corporate Recruiting Manager in the ongoing development of Corporate and Associate Corporate Recruiters, including but not limited to architecting and conducting training and skill development seminars to continually level up the skills of the Corporate Recruiting team.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. The company does not and will not sponsor employment visas.</li>
<li>Proven track record of successfully working in a KPI-metric environment.</li>
<li>Commensurate agency or corporate recruiting experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment, filling leadership and management roles, required.</li>
<li>Established and active presence on LinkedIn for candidate sourcing, including profile posting and active and passive candidate outreach.</li>
<li>Must successfully complete all required pre-employment screening and testing requirements.</li>

Purpose of Position: 
As a Copywriter at West Shore Home, you will support the full spectrum of the company's content needs, from TV and video scripts to digital and web copy, social media content, internal communications, and campaign concepting. The Copywriter collaborates closely with designers, videographers, and the Senior Manager of Creative Services, while also partnering with internal stakeholders across marketing, communications, and other departments to ensure messaging is consistent, accurate, and strategically aligned with business goals.
 
Key Role Accountabilities: 
<ul>
<li>Concept and write scripts for TV commercials, video productions, and other broadcast or digital media content in collaboration with the Creative Services team.</li>
<li>Develop copy for web pages, landing pages, and digital advertising that is optimized for clarity, brand voice, and audience engagement.</li>
<li>Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines within a high-volume production environment.</li>
<li>Write and edit content for internal communications including company-wide emails, intranet articles, and employee-facing campaigns, adhering to Smart Brevity principles.</li>
<li>Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers to ensure written and visual elements are cohesive and on strategy.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum 4 years of professional copywriting experience, with a portfolio demonstrating work across multiple channels including broadcast, digital, and social media.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office / M365 required; familiarity with project management tools (such as Asana or Monday.com) and AI writing tools (such as ChatGPT) preferred.</li>
