Job Functions include assisting individuals in gaining needed services:
<ul><li>
access to medical, social, vocational, educational</li><li>
service plan development</li><li>
coordination of services</li><li>
service monitoring</li><li>
advocacy</li><li>
crisis resolution</li><li>
engaging clients in activities designed to reduce the symptoms of mental illness and to increase the ability of the individual to function in the community.</li></ul>

Requires flexible hours, involves extensive paperwork, and will require self-directed performance. Travel and the use of a personal vehicle is required.

Position Requirements:</li><li>
Required: Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university</li><li>
Must have and maintain a Valid Drivers License and driving record that is acceptable for insurability through our insurance carrier.</li><li>
Must pass background check and drug screening.</li><li>
Applicants must reside within 70 mile radius of duty site</li></ul></div>
