021 Case Manager

West Texas Centers is searching for highly motivated individuals to perform on-going Case Management to people served. Starting Pay:$23.34

Job Functions include assisting individuals in gaining needed services:

• access to medical, social, vocational, educational
• service plan development
• coordination of services
• service monitoring
• advocacy
• crisis resolution
• engaging clients in activities designed to reduce the symptoms of mental illness and to increase the ability of the individual to function in the community.

Requires flexible hours, involves extensive paperwork, and will require self-directed performance. Travel and the use of a personal vehicle is required.

• Position Requirements:
• Required: Bachelor's or advanced degree from an accredited college or university
• Must have and maintain a Valid Drivers License and driving record that is acceptable for insurability through our insurance carrier.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Applicants must reside within 70 mile radius of duty site
