Job Summary Market &amp; Marketing AnalystJob Description About the RoleThe triad of companies, aka, The NeuroField Companies is seeking a data-driven and strategic Market &amp; Marketing Analyst to support the growth, differentiation, as well as cohesion of its three distinct brands:<ul><li>NeuroField, Inc. (technology &amp; innovation)</li><li>NeuroField Neurotherapy (clinical services)</li><li>School of Neurotherapy (professional education &amp; training)</li></ul>The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying high-value markets, uncovering untapped opportunities, and crafting insights that support the scalable expansion of each brand with a targeted and focused approach.Key Responsibilities1. Market Research &amp; Segmentation<ul><li>Conduct deep market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and emerging niches within neurotherapy, biofeedback, integrative medicine, and related sectors.</li><li>Define and segment target audiences for each brand based on demographics, psychographics, purchasing behaviors, and professional roles (e.g., clinicians, researchers, students, healthcare organizations).</li><li>Track competitor strategies across clinical neurotherapy, education, and technology domains.</li><li>Identify digital marketing opportunities and strategic plan for implementation</li></ul>2. Data Analysis &amp; Insight Development<ul><li>Analyze internal and external data sources (web, CRM, email marketing, social media, sales) to determine patterns, campaign effectiveness, and customer lifetime value.</li><li>Create dashboards and reporting frameworks that visualize market performance, marketing ROI, and customer behavior per brand.</li></ul>3. Strategic Brand Growth Planning<ul><li>Develop tailored go-to-market strategies for each NeuroField brand, ensuring alignment with its core mission and unique value proposition.</li><li>Recommend channel-specific growth strategies (e.g., SEO for School of Neurotherapy, clinical referrals for NeuroField Neurotherapy, B2B marketing for NeuroField, Inc.).</li><li>Identify geographic and demographic expansion opportunities.</li></ul>4. Campaign Evaluation &amp; Optimization<ul><li>Support the marketing team in testing messaging, offers, and ad performance across platforms.</li><li>Provide performance insights and recommendations for content, events, and lead generation activities.</li><li>Identify underperforming areas and suggest corrective actions to maximize brand impact.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years&rsquo; experience in market research, marketing analytics, or business intelligence.</li><li>Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Tableau, HubSpot).</li><li>Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills.</li><li>Knowledge of the health &amp; wellness or neuroscience fields a strong plus.</li><li>Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.</li></ul>Success Metrics<ul><li>Clear, data-supported identification of new market segments per brand.</li><li>Increased campaign efficiency and measurable ROI.</li><li>Contribution to differentiated brand positioning strategies.</li><li>Scalable frameworks for assessing and guiding market entry and expansion.</li></ul>Why Work With Us?
