Market & Marketing AnalystJob Description About the RoleThe triad of companies, aka, The NeuroField Companies is seeking a data-driven and strategic Market & Marketing Analyst to support the growth, differentiation, as well as cohesion of its three distinct brands:

  • NeuroField, Inc. (technology & innovation)
  • NeuroField Neurotherapy (clinical services)
  • School of Neurotherapy (professional education & training)

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying high-value markets, uncovering untapped opportunities, and crafting insights that support the scalable expansion of each brand with a targeted and focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Research & Segmentation

  • Conduct deep market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and emerging niches within neurotherapy, biofeedback, integrative medicine, and related sectors.
  • Define and segment target audiences for each brand based on demographics, psychographics, purchasing behaviors, and professional roles (e.g., clinicians, researchers, students, healthcare organizations).
  • Track competitor strategies across clinical neurotherapy, education, and technology domains.
  • Identify digital marketing opportunities and strategic plan for implementation

2. Data Analysis & Insight Development

  • Analyze internal and external data sources (web, CRM, email marketing, social media, sales) to determine patterns, campaign effectiveness, and customer lifetime value.
  • Create dashboards and reporting frameworks that visualize market performance, marketing ROI, and customer behavior per brand.

3. Strategic Brand Growth Planning

  • Develop tailored go-to-market strategies for each NeuroField brand, ensuring alignment with its core mission and unique value proposition.
  • Recommend channel-specific growth strategies (e.g., SEO for School of Neurotherapy, clinical referrals for NeuroField Neurotherapy, B2B marketing for NeuroField, Inc.).
  • Identify geographic and demographic expansion opportunities.

4. Campaign Evaluation & Optimization

  • Support the marketing team in testing messaging, offers, and ad performance across platforms.
  • Provide performance insights and recommendations for content, events, and lead generation activities.
  • Identify underperforming areas and suggest corrective actions to maximize brand impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in market research, marketing analytics, or business intelligence.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Tableau, HubSpot).
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills.
  • Knowledge of the health & wellness or neuroscience fields a strong plus.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Clear, data-supported identification of new market segments per brand.
  • Increased campaign efficiency and measurable ROI.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
