&Oslash; This position is responsible for managing &amp; administration of the company Payroll shared services and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities&Oslash; The role responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.&Oslash; Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration&Oslash; Manage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate and truthful i.e. Investments declaration, Form 16s, Tax Returns&Oslash; Ensuring time lines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance&Oslash; Ensuring Employee Benefits including Employee reimbursements as per rules and regulations of income tax&Oslash; Responsible for MIS and Analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with Standardization of reports for better decision making&Oslash; Verification &amp; Reconciliation of monthly payroll&Oslash; Calculation and deposit of monthly liability of TDS on salaries&Oslash; Preparation &amp; Submission of Quarterly and Annual TDS returns&Oslash; Responsible of publishing monthly Payroll Dashboard&Oslash; Ensure Monthly payroll provisions to Finance&Oslash; Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets&Oslash; Calculate bonuses and allowances&Oslash; Prepare employees&rsquo; compensation by the end of each month using payroll software&Oslash; Schedule bank payments or hand out paychecks directly to employees&Oslash; Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper)&Oslash; Report on payroll expenses&Oslash; Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations&Oslash; Enter new employees&rsquo; data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases&Oslash; Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deductionsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Palarivattom, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Master's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>SAP S/4HANA Payroll: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
