HR Payroll Executive - SAP S4 Hana

Ø This position is responsible for managing & administration of the company Payroll shared services and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities

Ø The role responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.

Ø Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration

Ø Manage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate and truthful i.e. Investments declaration, Form 16s, Tax Returns

Ø Ensuring time lines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance

Ø Ensuring Employee Benefits including Employee reimbursements as per rules and regulations of income tax

Ø Responsible for MIS and Analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with Standardization of reports for better decision making

Ø Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll

Ø Calculation and deposit of monthly liability of TDS on salaries

Ø Preparation & Submission of Quarterly and Annual TDS returns

Ø Responsible of publishing monthly Payroll Dashboard

Ø Ensure Monthly payroll provisions to Finance

Ø Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets

Ø Calculate bonuses and allowances

Ø Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software

Ø Schedule bank payments or hand out paychecks directly to employees

Ø Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper)

Ø Report on payroll expenses

Ø Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations

Ø Enter new employees’ data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases

Ø Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deductions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
