Commercial Account Assistant Position Type: Hourly / Full-Time in person - In office Hours: Monday &ndash; Friday 8:30 am &ndash; 5:00 pm Experience Required Minimum 2 years in Insurance Experience at an Insurance Agency. Our mission is to deliver high-quality insurance solutions with integrity and efficiency.Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Assitant to join our team.This role involves detailed providing assistance to the Commercial Account Managers for all aspects of the sales and service processes. Key Responsibilities:- Review policy changes, new business and renewals when received for accuracy, -Prepare documents and summaries for Account Managers-Assist Account Managers in keeping their renewals 120 days in advance. - Document all information in the agency management system- Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure high-quality service- Maintain a high level of knowledge about commercial insurance markets, products, and carrier appetitesQualifications:- MUST have Minimum 2 years of insurance experience - PREFERRED current Active New York State Property &amp; Casualty license (P&amp;C license required)- Strong working knowledge of insurance coverages including GL, Property, Business Auto, Umbrella, WC, Disability/Paid Family Leave, Bonds, Property, Inland Marine, Pollution Liability and Cyber Liability- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organization skillsWork Environment &amp; Benefits:- Competitive wages and potential incentive bonus - 401(k) plan, PTO, and other benefits depending on position (Full-time/Hourly) Pay: $50,000.00 - $63,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>People with a criminal record are encouraged to applyExperience:<ul><li>Commercial Insurance : 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
