This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills while contributing to a vibrant workplace culture.&lt;Duties&gt;<ul><li>Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette</li><li>Operate multi-line phone systems, handle incoming calls, and route messages efficiently</li><li>Perform data entry, maintain accurate filing systems, and organize documents using digital tools and scheduling programs</li><li>Support office management tasks including calendar management, scheduling service work.</li><li>Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses and invoices</li><li>Provide customer service support by responding promptly to inquiries, supporting client needs, and ensuring positive interaction</li><li>Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement as needed</li><li>&lt;Qualifications&gt;</li><li>Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,)</li><li>Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping</li><li>Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems</li><li>Strong typing skills with high accuracy; ability to perform data entry efficiently</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Previous experience in customer service or reception roles</li><li>Knowledge of office management practices including filing systems, proofing documents, and maintaining office supplies</li><li>Personal assistant experience or experience supporting executives is advantageous</li><li>Preferred: Basic knowledge of swimming pools, pool chemicals, or pool maintenance</li><li>Join us as an Administrative Assistant and become a key contributor to our vibrant team!
