Human Resources AssistantFull-time/ExemptWestside Family Health Center (WFHC) is a nonprofit community clinic dedicated to providing high-quality, low-cost healthcare to more than 13,000 women, men, and children. The HR Assistant carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: recruitment, hiring and orientation, benefits administration, training, performance evaluation, recordkeeping, and credentialing. The HR Assistant shall perform duties based on WFHC policies and procedures.Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience in handling confidential information with appropriate diligence</li><li>Possess professionally acceptable written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Must take initiative and be self-directed</li><li>Demonstrated ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities</li><li>Organizational and detail skills</li><li>High energy level and ability to work in a team environment</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressures and strict deadline</li><li>Ability to prioritize work well focusing on task that needs to be done timely.</li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (specially Word, Excel and PowerPoint)</li><li>Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred</li></ul>Education: Minimum of Associate degree or two-year experience in Human Resources or administrative functionsSalary and Benefits: Salary is negotiable and commensurate with education and experience.
