Compensation:</b> $15 per hour + Tips</p><p><b>
Position Summary: </b>Greets members and guests and responsible for food and beverage services at Court 7 Grill. Must maintain a clean and sanitary environment, ensuring compliance with all local and state health codes. Interact professionally with all members and staff and take direction from the Court 7 Grill Managers and Assistant Managers. This is a non-exempt, hourly position.</p><p><b>
Essential Job Functions:</b> *including but not limited to*</p><ul><li><p>
Take members / guest orders using correct members names / numbers / sub-numbers using the point-of-sale system (POS).</p></li><li><div>
Prepare smoothies and alcoholic beverages.</div></li><li><div>
Serve food and beverages to members / guests, delivering food items to the tables in and outside.</div></li><li><div>
Restock food and beverage products and small wares required for item preparation; operate food production equipment according to managers&rsquo; and manufactures&rsquo; instruction.</div></li><li><div>
Consistently use safe and sanitary food handling practices, including those related to personal hygiene.</div></li><li><div>
Perform cleaning tasks; clean equipment, clean line areas and all dining areas, sweep, mop, remove trash, etc.</div></li><li><div>
Keep workstations clean and monitor dining areas throughout the day, refilling and restocking as necessary (including condiments, ice, lemons / limes, napkins, straws, etc.).</div></li><li><div>
Maintain a clean, sanitary environment to ensure compliance with local and state health codes, and for the safety of our members, guests, and employees.</div></li><li><p>
Perform all other duties / tasks as assigned by the Court 7 Grill Managers or Assistant Managers.</p></li></ul><p><b>
Education and/or Experience: </b>Requires a Texas Food Handlers&rsquo; Safety Certificate and TABC Certification. Experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields</p><p><b>
Physical Demands: </b>This position requires standing, walking, kneeling/squatting, bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, holding/carrying, twisting/turning, reaching, climbing stairs, and the ability to lift at least fifty (50) pounds regularly. Must be able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><b>

Position Summary:</b></p><p>
The Banquet Server will assist with setup, service, and strike for all events assigned and ensure member/guest satisfaction and presentation are consistently attained. A successful Banquet Server will provide prompt and courteous service to all guests, encouraging guests to return which will generate repeat business.</p><p><b>
This is a non-exempt hourly position; work schedule will include nights, weekends, and holidays based on scheduled events or club necessity. </b><b>Work status is Casual with flexible hours without guaranteed minimum number of hours per week.</b></p><p><b>
Compensation: $15.00 per hour plus tips</b></p><p></p><div><br>

Adhere to proper service rules, grooming, hygiene standards and uniform policies. (Moved to top)</p></li><li><p>
Maintain all required certifications (Food Handler's Permits and TABC Permit) and ensure they remain current at all times in accordance with company guidelines. (new)</p></li><li><p>
Attend and actively listen during the pre-shift meeting conducted by the Banquet Captain to understand the event details, timeline, service expectations, guest needs, and service duty assignments. (combined to make one)</p></li><li><p>
Responsible for serving food and beverages and for clearing dishes, glassware, trash, and other debris before, during, and after the food service periods of the event as instructed by the Banquet Captain. (rewrote to make shorter)</p></li><li><p>
Anticipate guests&rsquo; needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests. Listen to guests concerns, referring complaints to a supervisor, and maintaining a positive rapport with hosts and guests.</p></li><li><p>
Perform set up and breakdown of banquet areas instructed by Banquet Captain to including but not limited to tables, chairs, linen, service-ware, glassware, buffets, stations, and other duties assigned. Reset banquet room according to Banquet Captains specifications to ensure the readiness of the room for the following function as well as sanitation of the banquet areas. Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended, and handle with care. Polish all silver items prior to opening buffet station, clean all items thoroughly after event and store in proper place(s). Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas. (combined to make one)</p></li></ul><p><b><br>

Must be dependable and punctual, with a commitment to arriving on time.</li><li>
Ability to both give and take direction in a positive manner.</li></ul><p><b>
Preferred Education and/or Experience:</b></p><p>
High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate. Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages and have a good understand of the English language. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Food Handlers and TABC Certifications are required for this role.</p><p><b>
