Job OverviewWesty Beer Distributor, Inc. is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate / Stocker to join our team at our Camp Hill location.This position supports both our warehouse operations and retail floor. Responsibilities include receiving shipments, stocking shelves and coolers, maintaining organized inventory, and assisting customers when needed.We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time every day, and is willing to work hard as part of a team.Westy&rsquo;s is a family-owned business serving Central Pennsylvania for more than 75 years, offering a stable work environment and the opportunity to learn the beer distribution industry from experienced professionals.Schedule<ul><li>Monday through Friday</li><li>First shift</li><li>Typical work week: 40&ndash;50 hours depending on business needs</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Receive and check in incoming shipments, verifying quantities and product condition</li><li>Unload trucks and move inventory into the warehouse</li><li>Stock retail shelves and walk-in coolers</li><li>Rotate product to maintain freshness and proper inventory control</li><li>Face and organize products to maintain a clean and attractive retail presentation</li><li>Maintain organized warehouse storage areas</li><li>Assist retail customers when needed</li><li>Safely operate warehouse equipment when required</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment</li><li>Follow company appearance and safety standards</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Strong work ethic and reliability</li><li>Ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers</li><li>Ability to perform physically demanding work, including:</li><li>Lifting cases up to 50 lbs</li><li>Handling beer kegs up to 165 lbs</li><li>Ability to frequently push and pull fully loaded wheelers</li><li>High School diploma or equivalent required</li><li>Reliable transportation to the Camp Hill location</li><li>Forklift certification is a plus, but we will train the right candidate</li><li>Interest in the beer industry or craft beer is preferred</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Warehouse and retail environment</li><li>Exposure to walk-in cooler temperatures</li><li>Frequent movement of product throughout the facility</li><li>Physical work including lifting, pushing, and organizing product</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>$17.00 &ndash; $19.00 per hour depending on experience</li><li>100% Company-Paid Health Insurance for employee after 30 days</li><li>Dental and Vision options available</li><li>Profit Sharing Retirement Plan (100% employer contribution after 1000 hours worked)</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Employee beer discounts</li><li>Opportunity to grow within a respected local company</li></ul>About Westy Beer DistributorWesty Beer Distributor is Central Pennsylvania&rsquo;s largest wholesale and retail source for domestic craft and specialty imported beer.Proudly family-owned and operated for more than 75 years, Westy&rsquo;s has been voted &ldquo;Simply the Best&rdquo; Beer Distributor by Harrisburg Magazine 13 times and rated &ldquo;A+ World Class&rdquo; by BeerAdvocate.Our team takes pride in representing outstanding brands while delivering exceptional service to customers across the region.Job DetailsJob Type: Full-timeBenefits<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Profit sharing retirement plan</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Day shift</li><li>Monday to Friday</li></ul>Work LocationCamp Hill, PA (In person)Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
