Job Overview

Westy Beer Distributor, Inc. is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate / Stocker to join our team at our Camp Hill location.

This position supports both our warehouse operations and retail floor. Responsibilities include receiving shipments, stocking shelves and coolers, maintaining organized inventory, and assisting customers when needed.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time every day, and is willing to work hard as part of a team.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• First shift
• Typical work week: 40–50 hours depending on business needs

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and check in incoming shipments, verifying quantities and product condition
• Unload trucks and move inventory into the warehouse
• Stock retail shelves and walk-in coolers
• Rotate product to maintain freshness and proper inventory control
• Face and organize products to maintain a clean and attractive retail presentation
• Maintain organized warehouse storage areas
• Assist retail customers when needed
• Safely operate warehouse equipment when required
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow company appearance and safety standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including:
• Lifting cases up to 50 lbs
• Handling beer kegs up to 165 lbs
• Ability to frequently push and pull fully loaded wheelers
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Reliable transportation to the Camp Hill location
• Forklift certification is a plus, but we will train the right candidate
• Interest in the beer industry or craft beer is preferred

Work Environment

• Warehouse and retail environment
• Exposure to walk-in cooler temperatures
• Frequent movement of product throughout the facility
• Physical work including lifting, pushing, and organizing product

Compensation & Benefits

• $17.00 – $19.00 per hour depending on experience
