Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Food Truck Staff to join our dynamic team. As a member of our food truck crew, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving delicious meals on the go. This position requires a passion for food, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and safety standards.</li><li>Operate kitchen equipment efficiently and maintain cleanliness in the food preparation area.</li><li>Handle cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing credit card payments.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and upselling menu items.</li><li>Assist in maintaining inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.</li><li>Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe working environment.</li><li>Must be able to drive the food truck</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Previous experience in a kitchen or quick service fast food restaurant is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with cash registers and cash handling procedures is essential.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers.</li><li>Experience with upselling techniques and sales strategies is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of food service operations and safety practices is advantageous.</li><li>Familiarity with Aloha POS systems is desirable but not mandatory.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.</li></ul>Join us in creating memorable dining experiences on wheels!
