Food Truck Operator

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Food Truck Staff to join our dynamic team. As a member of our food truck crew, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving delicious meals on the go. This position requires a passion for food, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and safety standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment efficiently and maintain cleanliness in the food preparation area.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing credit card payments.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and upselling menu items.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy service periods.
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Must be able to drive the food truck

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen or quick service fast food restaurant is preferred.
• Familiarity with cash registers and cash handling procedures is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers.
• Experience with upselling techniques and sales strategies is a plus.
• Knowledge of food service operations and safety practices is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS systems is desirable but not mandatory.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $10.00 - $21.00 per hour
