Bartender

burger-chan, a gourmet counter-service burger restaurant located in the Galleria area, is seeking a back-of-house team member.

Bar team members are expected to:

· Set up and prep station before service

· Practice sanitary and safe food handling at all times

· Carry out responsibilities in a timely, organized, clean manner

· Break down station and clean up after service

· Label and date prepped items, and follow FIFO procedure

· Perform other duties as needed

· Take on special tasks or help out others when not busy

· Complete assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects

Current shifts are AM and PM Shifts for
Tuesdays & Wednesday 10:00AM - 11:00PM
Thursday, Friday & Saturday 10:00AM - 1:00AM
Sunday 10:00AM - 9:00PM

On average team members work 5 days a week.

Bar pay is $9 during training period then $5 + Tips.

Staff meal is included with each shift and provide company shirts.

Pay: $12.00 - $25.00 per hour
