We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Associate to support our online operations, streamline processes, and ensure smooth fulfilment across platforms.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Roles &amp; Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 &bull; Daily order fulfilment and delivery tracking across channels.
 
 
 &bull; Work on improving RTO performance through data analysis and proactive courier partner management.
 
 
 &bull; Manage Uniware operations &ndash; inventory, reporting and reconciliations.
 
 
 &bull; Coordinate with multiple warehouse SPOCs to ensure smooth fulfilment, inventory accuracy, and timely reconciliation.
 
 
 &bull; Perform detailed data analysis on operational KPIs to identify gaps and drive improvements.
 
 
 &bull; Strong usage of MS Excel for reporting, MIS, and dashboards.
 
 
 &bull; Handle B2B appointment-based deliveries efficiently with required coordination.
 
 
 &bull; Manage Amazon &amp; Flipkart Seller Panels &ndash; order management, returns, and compliance.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 &bull; Minimum 2-3 years of experience in E-commerce /Central Ops/ Supply chain operations.
 
 
 &bull; Strong hands-on knowledge of
 
 Excel
 
 (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Reporting).
 
 
 &bull; Proficiency in
 
 Uniware
 
 or exposure to other WMS tools preferred.
 
 
 &bull; Familiarity with Amazon &amp; Flipkart seller panels.
 
 
 &bull; Good communication and coordination skills with courier partners &amp; warehouse teams.
 
 
 &bull; Analytical mindset with ability to work on operational data and drive insights.
 
 
 &bull; Exposure to B2B deliveries will be an added advantage.&nbsp;
 
 
 
 &bull;
 
 Knowledge of warehouse management and inventory management;
 
 prior experience in or exposure to warehousing setups of a growing D2C brand will be highly valued
 
 (even observational exposure is acceptable).
